Solstice believes that the end users are the key to every successful IT initiative. They set the scope, give life to the overall design, define requirements and evaluate the accuracy of the interpretation of the developers. While users know what they want in the product, they can't always accurately describe their needs in a technical requirements document. Many users begin to understand their requirements only after they have had a chance to see and physically use the product.
