Fixed Bid
It's costly to develop bids for clients. That is why many organizations no longer spend the time to get to know the technical environment, the business objectives and the organizational direction prior to bidding.
Based on the scope of work, a Solstice Engagement Manager, having closely collaborated with business users and IT representatives, gathers all of the functional business components, or nouns as well as all of the actions, or verbs, the new software is to accomplish. From this information an architectural design is created and the Engagement Manager generates a fixed bid. The bid is presented to the client for approval through the client’s RFP bid process. In this way, Solstice helps organizations accomplish the needed work to move the project to a successful completion.
