Solstice makes sure IT projects hit the bulls-eye the first time by delivering a roughed-out, working solution very early in the development process as part of the first iteration. The resulting deliverable provides immediate functionality and viable solutions for the project’s main objectives, usually within the first few weeks of the development process. While it is true that the detail the users will ultimately require has not yet emerged, they begin to understand how the product will work, how it will look what must be done to derive the benefit initially requested.

As the project continues, Solstice continues to add functionality and fine-tune the user interface, data exchange, operational metrics, critical functions and other key elements using a series of rapid turn times of 2-3 weeks. Using this incredibly effective, iterative approach, Solstice clients are able to test the product at several stages throughout the development process, thus eliminating required inconsistencies early in the project so developers produce exactly what the client wants and needs.
